Meet Our Team

Diane Peterson
Diane is recognized as one of the area's finest Interior Deisgners.   Diane graduated with honors from the Parson School of Design in New York.   She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).   Her career with Gallatin Valley Furniture / Carpet One started in 1991.  The South West Home Builder's recognized her professionalism by titiling her Parade of Homes with "Best Interior Design" several times    Diane's clients are home owners for many of the finer homes in the Bozeman area as well as Big Sky.

Heather Swanson
Heather has been with Gallatin Valley Furniture Carpet One for over a year, but has had 12 years of experience in the interior design field. Prior to joining Gallatin Valley Furniture Carpet One, she worked in her family owned architecture & design firm as the designer & marketing director, was the owner and president of her own Interior design firm for five years, specialized in Residential and Commercial design in Seattle. Heather holds a BA in Environment & Behavior, is a member of N.W.S.I.D. (North West Society of Interior Design) and the IDS (Interior Design Society).

Jarren Golay
Jarren has been with Gallatin Valley Furniture Carpet One for a year and is known for his hard work and understanding of flooring products. Before joining our family business Jarren had 10 years of sales and customer service experience in various industries.

Jodi Weisz
Jodi has been with our business for over 4 years. She began as an interior design assistant to Diane Peterson and has evolved as a talented decorator and sales associate in our furniture department.

John Chadwick
John has been with our flooring department for over three years and has been recognized for his customer service time and time again. His knowledge of flooring and dedication to customers have made John a valuable asset to our customers, builders, and developers.

Mary Rochin
Mary has been a flooring specialist with us for nearly five years, but has over 25 years of experience in the flooring and design industry. In addition to being a very educated and talented flooring specialist, she is certified in cabinet design and space planning.

Megan Decker
Megan is one of our home furnishing & decorating specialists and has been with Gallatin Valley Furniture Carpet One for two years. With 4 years experience in the design and furniture industry and a background in Fine Arts, Megan has a great sense of style and knowledge to offer to our clients.

Paul Jakovac
Paul has 8 years of industry experience, two of which have been in sales and design with Gallatin Valley Furniture Carpet One. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and design capabilities to offer our clients and has been recognized for his customer service repeatedly.

Tessa Koch
Tessa has been a valuable asset to our design team for two years. Tessa brings experience from the Fashion and Real Estate industries to our business and provides design assistance to Diane Peterson.
